"I'VE NEVER RENTED A LIMO BUS BEFORE. ARE THERE ANY RULES THAT I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?"

There are a few rules that you should be aware of : (1) Have fun, enjoy yourself and leave the driving to us. (2) NO SMOKING (3) You may bring alcohol on board, but if you leave it on the bus after your trip, we are not allowed by law to return it to you. (4) If there is any alcohol on the bus, you must make sure that everyone in your party is 21 and older. (5) No roughhousing, fighting, throwing things or distracting the driver. (6) Please leave the bus in the same clean and tidy condition that it was presented to you in.

I NEED TRANSPORTATION FOR A MULTI-DAY TRIP. CAN YOU HELP ME?

As of right now, we are single-day trips only.

CAN I RESERVE YOUR SERVICE FOR OUT OF TOWN TRIPS?

Absolutely, We go where you want to go, mostly. However, it needs to be noted that we are local to Ohio only and stay within the local area as well as Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus.

WILL YOUR BUS GO INTO MT ADAMS?

Unfortunately, no.  Ida street is the only street that we can fit on.

"CAN I DRINK ON THE BUS? DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?"

Yes, you are allowed to drink on the bus if you and your party are all of legal drinking age! If there is a mixed group of both 21+ and under 21 onboard, alcohol is not permitted. That being said, if you plan to drink, you must bring your own beverages. Good Time Charely's Charters LLC cannot provide any alcohol for you.
If you drink and we are not dropping you off where you intend to stay that night, please do not drink and drive.  Make other arrangements.

CAN WE BRING FOOD ON THE BUS?

Sure, what's a night out without some snacks? We just ask that any food left on the bus when departing for an event be in sealable containers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TRIP RUNS OVER THE SCHEDULED TIME?

Hey, we've all been there not wanting the party to end. Since we only allow a single booking per day extending the trip will depend on several factors and the driver will call the office to get permission.  The fee will be at the regular booked rate. No additional fees or a spike in the rate. If the additional time is approved we just ask that you be considerate and give the driver the tip that they deserve as this will be outside of their normal working hours.  Please be considerate if the trip can not be extended

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Sorry, but we have a no-cancellation policy. We will tell you this before you book so that you're aware. It's best that you only book if you're absolutely sure so that you are not spending money if you don't have to. You will be required to pay the full amount.  Depending on availability, you might be able to change the date of your reservation. But please note in order to change the date of your reservation the time slot has to be available and it has to be outside of 2 weeks of your reservation. Any reservations within 2 weeks will not be changed nor refunded.

WHAT IS THE SEATING CAPACITY OF THE BUS?

The seating capacity is 12. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The stated seating capacity is the limit.  Even if it is a bunch of small children, we cannot allow more than the stated seating capacity. However, 14 is a tight seating arrangement and for adults, I'd say we can seat 12 comfortably depending on the size.

CAN I RENT AT THE LAST MINUTE?

You can definitely send your request. We do like at least 2 weeks' notice so that we can arrange for our driver. But then again you won't know and neither will we until you ask.

CAN I BRING PETS?

No.  Animals are not allowed.

CAN WE BRING COOLERS ON THE BUS?

The bus has one built-in cooler that is available for use. However, if you need more space of course you can bring your cooler.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS FOR THE BUS RENTAL?

Yes, we have a 4-hour minimum

CAN WE CONTROL THE MUSIC?

Absolutely, Your driver will get you synced up via bluetooth and you will be in total control of the music from the back of the bus.

IF WE ARE TAILGATING DO YOU SUPPLY THE PARKING PASS?

No, it will be up to you to secure the parking pass and verify that our bus will be able to park.

AT WHAT POINT IN TIME DOES MY RESERVATION BEGIN…. AND END?

Your reservation starts as soon as our driver leaves our facility. The end time is when the last person departs the bus.

CAN WE HAVE A KEG ON BOARD?

No, from experience we have no way of holding the keg down and they leave a big mess which may require a clean-up fee.

HOW MANY STOPS CAN I HAVE?

Unlimited. We rent by time, not by the number of stops. During the time you have the vehicle, you can make as many stops as you like.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

As soon as you are 100% sure that your event is taking place. Since we only allow for 1 run per day we fill up fast.

HOW LATE IN THE DAY DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICE?

The last guest will need to depart the bus by 3:00 am

HOW MUCH IS A LIMO PER PERSON?

This amount will vary depending on the number of people in your party. Additionally, our goal is to offer fair rates depending on the nature of the trip (how many stops, how many total miles, etc.) Call or message us with your itinerary and we will provide a quote within 24 hours of your message.

DO YOUR VEHICLES HAVE SEATBELTS?

No.  Just like a school bus or the Metro, seat belts are not required in commercial passenger vehicles.

ARE TIPS INCLUDED IN YOUR STATED PRICE?

No, we believe the tip should be up to you. You can choose to put a postpaid tip on your credit card or you can choose to tip in cash on the day of service.

IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?

For normal usage no. However, if there is an excessive mess, regurgitation, bodily fluids, rips, tears, burns or extremely dirty upholstery then yes, there will be a $250 cleaning fee.

WHAT IF IT SNOWS ON MY SERVICE DATE?

We will discuss this with you that day. Our #1 priority is safety for all.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

You must be 18 or older to rent from us.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT AFTER BOOKING MY EVENT?

Once your reservation is submitted, you will receive an email showing the date, time and any details given so you are confident it was submitted correctly.

We review them to be sure the dates and times are correct.  If we have any questions, we will reach out to you, otherwise, we will send you a "Reservation Confirmation".  This confirmation lists all of your event details including your cost.  We will call you the week of your event to do a final review of your itinerary.  Please do not wait until then to request any changes to your itinerary times.  If you think you might need to make a change do it ASAP.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (excluding Amex) for the rental. However, cash is always king for tips

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT TO RENT THE BUS?

A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking in order to reserve the bus and lock it in for your event. The card is charged upon booking.

ARE MINORS ALLOWED TO RIDE WITHOUT A CHAPERONE?

 Yes. The trip must be booked by someone 18 or older, but the bus is available for younger guests as long as prior consent has been provided by parents/guardians. We require a parent signature at the time of pick up, and a signature from each minor agreeing to our Minors and Alcohol Agreement. Just an FYI. If underage drinking does occur on the trip the reservation will be terminated immediately, law enforcement, as well as the parent that signed, will be called. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for underage consumption.
